1. Understanding Our Relationship
The information on this website is meant to be helpful and educational, but it does not create a therapist-client relationship. If you reach out via the website, email, or phone, we are happy to connect, but a formal therapeutic relationship is only established once an intake session is scheduled, and a consent form is signed.
2. This Website is Not a Substitute for Professional Care
The content on this website should not replace personalized psychotherapy or medical care. If you are in distress or experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or a crisis service in your area.
3. Respectful and Appropriate Website Use
We ask that you use this website in a way that is respectful and lawful. This includes:
Using the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Respecting our content. Please don’t copy, modify, or share it without written permission.
Avoiding any misuse of the site that could interfere with others' access.
We reserve the right to limit access if the website is misused.
4. Our Responsibility to You
We work hard to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and helpful, but we can’t guarantee it will always be free of errors or that the site will always be available. If you experience technical issues, know that we are doing our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.
5. External Links for Additional Support
Sometimes, we may provide links to other websites that offer useful resources. While we aim to share reputable sources, we cannot control their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies if you choose to visit these sites.
6. Updates to These Terms
As our practice and online presence grow, we may update these Terms of Use. If any changes are made, we will post them here with an updated effective date.
